On August 12th we hosted a Maximo Wednesday Webinar on How Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) Inventory Optimization Can Reduce Cost and Free up Working Capital. Successful MRO inventory optimization can increase equipment reliability and service levels, minimize unplanned downtime, achieving greater efficiencies across business operations. During the presentation, Jeromy shared some real life examples of how companies have been able to achieve a 20% reduction in carrying costs and optimize their inventory by 30-35% in one year.
