IBM recently announced IBM Db2 DevOps Experience for z/OS. This new collaborative offering helps you bring Db2 applications to market faster with lower costs and less risk.

With IBM Db2 DevOps Experience for z/OS, you can:

• Respond quickly to competitive and customer needs with faster delivery of new or changed Db2 applications.
• Enable the Db2 DBA to set criteria for application developers to create their own Db2 for z/OS application environments, with the DBA retaining control and approval over the databases changes.
• Enable application developers to create, use, and delete Db2 for z/OS test environments, without DBA time and intervention, allowing them to work in teams using more modern agile development methods.
• Use APIs to automate testing processes and integrate the testing into the existing continuous integration or continuous delivery pipeline.
