What's New in IBM Process Mining 1.13.0 - July 2022 Update

We are pleased to announce some exciting enhancements for IBM Process Mining!

Earlier this year, we released version 1.12.0.5 introduced the Insight to Action capability, to connect IBM App Connect & IBM Process Mining. With IBM App Connect (IBM Cloud Pak for Integration) & IBM Process Mining, you can take action when unexpected behaviors arise. Act in near real time on insights to correct potential process issues, send signals to everyone involved, and reduce manual effort across different systems. 

A key benefit that users will find helpful is the ability to set up alerts on invoices with upcoming due dates. For example, when managing operational excellence in the procure to pay process,  users can take action to avoid a Cash Discount Losses by actively notifying persons involved in payments when an invoice is at risk of being paid late.

Now, IBM Process Mining 1.13.0 updates make it easier than ever to automate more types of work at speed and scale. Check out some of the new exciting updates to version 1.13.0 including: 
  • Automatic Bot Generation with IBM RPA 
  • Order-to-Cash Standard Extractor from SAP
  • Accounts Payable Standard Extractor from SAP
  • Improved User Experience and User Interface 
New & Improved Product Features: 
  • Create a data-driven RPA bot that is built on top of the analysis provided by IBM Process Mining and Task Mining. Rather than creating a bot from scratch, create automations that are based on data obtained from the analysis of the as-is process that should be automated. Having all the information required to generate a bot, it is possible to move forward and to use them to automatically parse selected variants of a process into an RPA script. For example, if your team is looking to speed up the procurement process and scale digital transformation for more impactful outcomes, you can automatically generate RPA bots to create Purchase orders on SAP in just a few clicks.
  • IBM Process Mining supports a new Order-to-Cash Standard Extractor from SAP and new Accounts Payable Extractor from SAP to facilitate the accelerated analysis of the Order-to-Cash & Accounts Payable processes. A new set of standard dashboards provide key business insights for improvements in critical areas like performance and customer service level, conformance, payments and automation to help clients to quickly take action and unleash trapped value.
  • Process Mining 1.13.0 includes enhanced user experience and a re-designed user interface with new Carbon v10 Adoption.
