Upcoming Maps and Topology library change

Upgrade Required for continued use of Maps and Topology widgets 







Maps and Topology widgets will soon require the latest September 2025 service Packs in SevOne Data Insight to function without interruption.  







  • Customers who remain on older service pack levels may encounter a “License Expired” message on September 30th , 2025 when accessing the Maps or Topology widgets.  See image above for an example of impact.








  • This behavior is limited to these specific widgets and does not affect any other functionality. 








  • Usage experience may differ due to the underlying implementation being changed.  Specifics will be outlined in the release notes for the service pack.



  • After this service pack, going forward you will no longer experience these license expired messages forcing you to update to a service pack.





Action Required 
To avoid disruption, customers must upgrade to the September service packs available in their supported release train. Applying the latest Fix Pack will: 






  • Ensure continued access to the Maps and Topology widgets 








  • Maintain compatibility with current licensing requirements




  • Incorporate the latest stability and security updates
