We just wrapped up our inaugural watsonx Assistant Users Group, featuring two of our valued customers on stage - SOLAS (Ireland) and Vodafone UK.

Building on insights from previous webinars, we kicked off with Peter, who shared what’s next for AI assistants and the future of Orchestrate.

SOLAS provided a deep dive into the back-end of their watsonx Assistant implementation showcasing the business value delivered and the challenges encountered along the way.
