Welcome to the launch of EXPLORE, a new community livestream brought to you by IBM Business Analytics. My name is Lisa Chen and I have the pleasure of hosting this series and introducing you to some of my colleagues, partners, and some of our customers to talk about data, analytics, and AI.
I run the User Experience Program for Cognos that connects IBM to the most critical members of our product team - you, our users. In my role, I get to work with people from all over the world to not only deeply understand how our users experience and interact with our products, but also to ensure that we’re applying what we learn across the organization to make your experience better.
