Use This Setup When:
As a new MaaS360 administrator, complete the following checklist before beginning your deployment. This blog is designed to help you get started by outlining the prerequisites for accessing the MaaS360 portal, including how to create your login credentials. You’ll also find information on how to stay connected with MaaS360 theMaaS360, information, and get help. We’ve included a link to register for the Getting Started Webinar, which offers a live walkthrough of the MaaS360 portal and key how-tos.

Step 1: Add Key Email Addresses to Your Safe Sender List
Add the following emails to your address book and whitelist them to ensure you receive important updates:
Step 2: Create an IBMid
If you don’t have an IBMid, create one to access support, training, and the IBM Security Community:
Step 3: Subscribe to Product Notifications
Stay updated on maintenance, outages, new releases, and critical alerts by signing up here:

Step 4: Log In to Your MaaS360 Portal
Log in to your MaaS360 portal and link it to your IBMid. You should have received an email from maas360@maas360.ibm.com with your login credentials. This first login is a key step in activating your administrator access.
Step 5: Request Support Access
Make sure you know how to reach the IBM MaaS360 Support team when you need assistance with support issues.

Step 7: Join the MaaS360 Community
Connect with MaaS360 Subject Matter Experts, ask technical questions, and collaborate with other admins by joining the IBM MaaS360 Community.

Step 8: Register for the New Customer/Admin Workshop
Join the MaaS360 team for a live workshop to meet your support contacts and learn deployment best practices. Select the Log in button and use your IBMid to log in, then join the IBM MaaS360 group.
