z/OS Connect 3.0.77 now available

We have released V3.0.77 of IBM z/OS Connect with updates to the API requester Gradle plug-in and the IBM z/OS Connect built toolkit. Plus maintenance fixes for both z/OS Connect OpenAPI 2 and z/OS Connect OpenAPI 3. For more information, see PH58769: z/OS Connect V3.0.77 and if you’re new to IBM z/OS Connect, find out more here.

Enhancements

The version of the API requester Gradle plug-in is upgraded to V1.1.1.
The IBM z/OS Connect build toolkit (zconbt) is updated to V1.17.
The z/OS Connect documentation has been updated to include an OpenAPI 3 artifact compatibility table. This table shows which z/OS Connect releases included which z/OS Connect Gradle plug-ins to understand which z/OS Connect server version the z/OS Connect OpenAPI 3 artifacts can be deployed to. The z/OS Connect documentation has been updated to include details about the IBM Documentation search feature at the top of each page to optimize your search results. For more information, see Using the IBM Documentation search feature.

Maintenance

PH58776 - Using oneOf in the OpenAPI 3 document for an API requester results in incomplete data being received.
PH54775 - The build toolkit fails to process decimal numbers if they contain more than 16 digits, including whole numbers and fraction digits, when used in maximum or minimum fields of the JSON schema. The decimal numbers are processed in exponential format.
PH54311 - IBM z/OS Connect has been changed so that when MQNONE is specified in the MQMD.Format field, the MQFMT_NONE format is used by the generated service in the API Toolkit.
