Maximo IT, now enables, AI similar tickets and possible solutions for faster resolution of incidents!  Users can chat with a bot to solve their issues, creating ticket reduction.   Additionally Maximo IT can now recommend incidents to agents and SREs based on past work and groups they are a part of.
