Business Automation Workflow v18.0.0.2 delivers a new charge metric

On
December 13th 2018 IBM made available
an Business Automation Workflow update which has a new Concurrent User pricing metric.
This complements the existing Processor Value Unit (PVU) metric already supported.
One of the major benefits of this metric is for Case related workflows where most of the workload is done by Case workers. The metric also aids clients wanting to move from IBM Case Manager or IBM Case foundation to Business Automation Workflow.
