Join us at InterConnect 2017 for a workshop on SAFe® (Get a SAFe® Agile Release Train Up & Running In An Hour) where you will learn how to get started with scaled agile – and have fun doing it!

We’ll drop all the normal baggage, including presentations and techno-babble, and instead, take a white-boarding and stickie notes approach to get your blood flowing and your mind working. As a participant, you will join with other members of your fictitious organization as we lead a release planning event anchored on lean and agile practices and thinking.

Is it SAFe? Sure, but in a practical sense, building from our experiences both leading an internal SAFe-based transformation as well as working with customers like you to do the same – with or without skills, knowledge or formal training in the Scaled Agile Framework® specifically.

At the end of this session, you will leave with a basic understanding about how to launch an Agile Release Train – quite simply a “team-of-teams” – and how easy the IBM Collaborative Lifecycle Management tooling can be used to streamline the effort.
