Hello,

I would like to set up a Dashboard in the Process Portal Dashboard menu for IBM BAW v.21.0.3. In this Dashboard, I used two views from Dashboard toolkit:

• Process Diagram in order to display one of my the processes 
• Process Instances List in order to display all completed instances of my process.

Unfortunately, I don't know how to set up both views. I have an error in Process portal when i open the dashboard as you can see below. Currently, for the view Process diagram, the message "The control cannot be loaded at this time" is displayed and for the view Process Instances List any list is displayed.

To set up this dashboard :

1. I created an UI to use as Dashboard
2. In the coach, I set up the process diagram as you can see below.
3. I set up the Process Instances List as you can see below 
4. "snapshotId" and "appId" are private variables that have been valued in the coach's pre-execution script

Can you help me to set up both views ?

I am not sure this will help or not , in your 2nd point (screenshot), in processId mapping you are mapping the snapshotId, is that expected behavior.?

Why there is  == to  your snapshotID (in Pre & Post 1st line in your 4th ) point?
