Dear IBM Task Mining Community, .

I hope this message makes you feel better. I am currently facing an issue with Task Mining project created and visible in the Task Mining Agent. I have access to the Process Mining portal through the following link: https://<PM_IP>/index.html.

When I open the Task Mining Agent, I face a problem because it cannot find any existing Task Mining project. I have successfully created Process Mining projects, but don't know how or where to create Task Mining project. I have started Process Mining free trail and I also don't know where to make Task Mining project.

I have attached screenshots from the Task Mining Agent and the IBM Process Mining portal that show the "No project found" message for your reference.

I need assistance in fixing this problem and would appreciate any guidance you can offer to help me create my Task Mining project. If there are specific steps for starting a Task Mining project during the free trial, clear instructions would be incredibly helpful.

Hi Hossam,

The task mining option should appear on the left pane right above the Monitor option. If you're using the Free Trial the Task Mining option is not available. We have this note on the form you fill out to use.

I've checked the left pane above the Monitor option, but unfortunately, the Task Mining option is not visible. I've attached a screenshot of the portal with all the options for your reference.

Hi Hossam, 

First, which environment are you using? Is it a trial, or is it yours?

If it's a trial, you're not able to use the Task Mining at the moment, because of the terms that you agreed to when submitting for this test.

On the other hand, if it is yours, probably the user you are trying to access the task mining doesn't have the authorization for it, have you checked on Administration > Authorization? On the left pane, you can find the subsection of the Task Miner access.
