    Hi All,

    Reading the online description (https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/baw/19.x?topic=bpds-kpis-slas) I don't find the noted Process KPIs tab, and KPIs option and any other KPI or SLA related things on version 19x and the web-based Process Designer:

    There is no KPIs option in the properties for any activities.

    There is no Process KPIs tab in the Designer.

    So how to handle KPIs and SLAs in the newer versions of BAW like 19x, 20x and in the web-based Designer? Is there a usable description anywhere for this?

    KPIs and SLAs can be only created in desktop Process Designer ...
    KPIs and SLAs are not deprecated features (per IBM infocenter) but at the same time you can only create them in a deprecated desktop PD ... I know, right?
