Getting error when adding a ECM server to process

  • 1.  Getting error when adding a ECM server to process

    I was trying to add a new Enterprise Content Management Server to my process, but whenever I add a new server I am getting the following error.


    As it has been mentioned in training materials, I have to try login again and clear memory, but I still get this error as soon as I select that plus button.


    how can I overcome this issue?
