  • 1.  Didn't receive my welcome mail for my trial period.

    Hi all,

    I already saw some other posts in this group about this subject, but I also get this error. I didn't receive the welcome email and thus didn't get the needed credentials. I also checked my spam folder.

    Hope someone can help me, thanks in advance.

    Hi Kristian,

    Thanks for the screenshot of the error -- that helps a lot and I've sent it to the team.  We've had a few people out of the office, but are working through these and will be in touch as soon as we can. 

    Is your community email the email you signed up for the trial with?  If not please send me a private message and we can make sure we are looking for the right account.

    Thanks for your response, the mail address I use for the community is also the mail address I signed up for.

    I will be patient ;)
