This is a complex product suite and there are many aspects and skills. What do you think will be your specialization? Modelling processes and cases; developing human services and user interfaces; document management; working with messaging, integrations and APIs? Even after ten years with IBM BPM, I don't master the full suite, especially as it keep evolving.
I think the official documentation (former knowledge center) is quite good at introducing the concepts and patterns, as well as supporting "Hello world!" explorations. If you want in-depth knowledge and guidelines there are also numerous IBM redbooks for business process management (BPM) and case management. For modelling I suggest the Method & Style books by Bruce Silver.
