IBM BAW's authentication is provided by WebSphere. So the right question is how do you setup WebSphere to authenticate users in a 2-factor fashion.
I don't think WebSphere comes with its own 2-factor authentication setting. What I think you can do is to implement Single Sign On (SSO) with Google Suite or Microsoft Azure in WebSphere. Then enable 2-factor authentication from those cloud providers. This way the end users logging into BPM will have the 2-factor authentication experience.
