We are excited to announce that the new IBM Process Mining as a Service Trial is now available. This 30-day interactive experience enables business professionals and leaders to discover, monitor, and continuously optimize business processes.

As the interest in automation expands beyond individual tasks to more complex business processes, enterprises need strategies and solutions that satisfy both IT and business stakeholders. IDC Innovators: Intelligent Automation Services, 2021.

Process mining not only helps businesses achieve cost savings and operational efficiency by identifying process optimization/automation opportunities but also improves workforce productivity and enhances customer experience.

What you can expect in this new trial experience

The trial experience includes a real use case that illustrates how Credito Emiliano (Credem), a large Italian bank, used IBM Process Mining to enhance its customer experience by identifying process optimization/automation opportunities in its process for closing bank accounts.

In addition, you can discover, analyze, and gain actionable insights to optimize your own process using capabilities like root-cause conformance checking and simulation.

Credem automated 63 processes to date resulting in savings of approximately 1.1 million EUR.

Once you sign up for the free trial, you will be given access within one business day. Here is a preview of the applications of the IBM Process Mining as a Service Trial:

1) Discover and visualize a digital twin of your process Use a data-driven approach to visualize your end-to-end business process including all process stakeholders from event logs generated by enterprise systems, such as ERP, CRM, and SCM.
