Announcement: IBM FileNet Content Manager 5.5.8 and IBM Datacap  9.1.9 Long Term Support Releases

We are pleased to announce that IBM FileNet Content Manager 5.5.8 and Datacap 9.1.9  releasing December 2021 will be declared as Long Term Support Releases (LTSR), with a minimum support period of two years. Initial fix support will begin from the general availability date, planned for December 17, 2021.  Note that program defect fixes and security updates are available for the two most current continuous delivery updates and all active LTSRs, for further information, please review the support policy. 

Content Navigator 3.0.11, a supporting program and component of FileNet Content Manager and Datacap,  releasing December 2021 will also be declared as an LTSR, with a minimum support period of two years.  Initial fix support will begin from the general availability date, planned for December 17, 2021. Note that program defect fixes and security updates are only available for the two most current continuous deliver updates and all active LTSRs.
