Maximo Service Request application
With Anywhere's Service Request application, any user - from a skilled Maximo user to a non-Maximo user - can enter service requests into Maximo Asset Management.
Users can use voice to text, or by type in critical Service request information thru including description, location or asset.
To streamline problem reporting, users can scan barcodes of assets or locations to identify the problem location.After entering a service request, users are able to quickly view its status to see when it is resolved.
