    I had a request from one of our users around using Maximo to generate regulatory compliant certificates from Maximo.

    We complete regulatory work through Maximo (e.g. Statutory inspections on Electrical, Pressure Vessels and Lifting Equipment). These works are completed with all relevant data recorded in Maximo and then the information is duplicated on a separate hardcopy certificate as per the related regulations. The record of the work is sourced in Maximo and we would like to be able to develop Maximo BIRT reports that could be run to provide the regulated certification if requested.

    Have any of you successfully implemented a solution like this? Have you any advice how best to approach it?
