Description
Northwestern University experienced frequent performance issues with its SaaS TRIRIGA application and platform and needed a better, more comprehensive way to identify integrations, queries, indexes and processes that were degrading performance. A more thorough and unbiased system analysis helped.
In this presentation I will discuss:
- Northwestern University
- The transition to TRIRIGA SaaS from another application
- Experiences with Upgrades
- Primary reasons for considering having a systems analysis or health-check perfromed
- Putting together the RFP for the analysis
- Planning the analysis
- What items are performed as part of the analysis
- What Northwestern decided to do with the recommendations and what the results have been
