Hi Mohamed,
Please create a new topic as you seem to have a different problem to Ahmed .
When you create the topic please provide extra information including :
Maximo version
Steps that the users are following eg which application they experience the problem in. This is important because different applications can call different pieces of code and there may be a problem with a specific piece of code

Subject: Timezone difference between server and UI
Hello Steven, Community,
I need your help with a problem that happends to be random in the IBMWork app. The change date status is not synched with the actual date and time of the device even we set the timezone for the user. Second, the timer also when it stops the start date time and end date time is not synced with the currendatetime by 30 mins sometimes more sometimes less, just so random. Even though when we download the data the date time is correct but it happends only when adding a Labor with timer and changing the status of the WO. I need to know if there is an APAR number on this or do you know how to fix it or what is the root cause ? Maximo timezone, DB and VM are in same timezone. Maximo side we don't have this problem.
Thank you in advance for your feedback and answers

Look at records done at different times of the year (IE January, April, July, & November) and see if you see the same problem with the same user. The reason I ask for that is an hour difference might be indicative of a daylight savings time problem. Some places have changed whether they observe daylight savings time. This would require updating Java to account for this change and I see customers often forget to patch Java even if they patch the middleware server like WebSphere.
If you had to change anything from a timezone perspective on the database/application server, you need to restart the servers and Maximo. But I assume since you didn't mention that, that you have not changed the time zones.
