I found a solution for this error! 🚀
After investigating the database, I discovered that the issue was caused by duplicate values in METERNAME. These duplicates were preventing Maximo from properly processing all measurements.
To confirm this, I tested in Google Chrome Developer Tools by running a script in the console. The script automatically filled the meter input fields with random values, ensuring no duplicates. Since manually testing 200+ meters is both difficult and time-consuming, this approach made the process much more efficient.
This time, I was able to complete the inspection and save it without any errors. Hope this helps others facing the same issue!

Subject: Timestamp Conflict Error with Large Inspection Forms (BMXAA0642E)
Hello Maximo Community,
I'm facing an issue with the BMXAA0642E error while submitting large inspection forms with around 200 measurements. Maximo blocks some measurements due to identical timestamps (to the same minute). This doesn't happen with smaller forms (~50 measurements).
It seems Maximo only records timestamps up to the minute, causing conflicts when multiple entries are saved quickly.
Is there a way to enable seconds in timestamps or prevent this conflict altogether?
Any advice or solutions would be greatly appreciated!
*Using Maximo v7.6.x
