We have a requirement to initiate a survey when a WO is completed to the person who reported the work request. Part of this requirement includes linking the WO# in Maximo to the survey response data for analysis. Our business unit does not want the user to have to copy and add the WO# directly to the server.
We've configured Maximo by creating a communication template and embedding the external survey URL (in our case Qualtrics) and created an automation script to conditionally send the email.
In order to meet the requirement that links the WO to the survey response in automated way, we need a way to tie the WO# to the survey. Doing some limited research, I didn't see a survey tool that is integrated with Maximo. Yet, I did see pre-existing integrations with Qualtrics response and SAP.
Has anyone implemented a similar solution that solves for this requirement?
Any guidance or thoughts would be appreciated.
