    We are working on a duplicated Technician application in Maximo Mobile 8.9. We have changed the base language on user profile to French from English.
    We have observed that the Maximo Internal values like Domain values  (statuses) etc., are appearing in French but the Labels(OOB and custom configured) are also being displayed in English only. 
    We have followed the same steps as mentioned in the MAF Configuration-Localization document available in the Library.
    labels-fr.json files seems to look good.
    The issue is not there with OOB Technician application.
    May I know if we are missing anything here?

    Hi Meghana

    can you check a few things.

    maxapps table - the language code for both apps
    download both apps and compare the files under these folders in your local workspace
    1 - /build/public/i18n/*
    2 - /src/i18n/*

    hoping this might identify something

    HI Tom,

    Thanks for the response.
    We were able to figure it out how to deploy the multi language setup now.
    The only issue we are facing now is with portugese language in IOS.
    We have used labels-pt.json file to add our custom labels and it is working fine in RBA.
    In IOS device, we have options for Portugese , Portugese(portugal) , Portugese(Brazil) .
    We are opting for Portugese option and our custom files are not loading.
    Any idea what should be the IOS language code for Portugese in general for out labels-pt file to load the labels properly?

    I think you need to go to Support on that one - I can't think of a reason why a specific
    language doesn't work on a specific OS.

    I know in our out of the box apps we ship both a labels-pt.json as well as a labels-pt-br.json file and they're identical for at least a couple of our applications. You may want to create both but as Tom mentioned, a support case will help clarify.
