Maximo Mobile 8.8 - Mobile device is getting vibrated when using Service Requests role-based application over web browser in Android devices.

    We are using Maximo Mobile 8.8 Role-Based applications from the Mobile device browser. We see that the device is getting vibrated when performing the below use cases :

    1. On clicking Asset Lookup.

    2. On clicking Location Lookup.

    3. On getting any System Messages.

    4. On creating a new Service Request.

    5. On clicking on Logout.

    We observed this behavior only in Android device browsers and not on iOS device browsers.

    Please note that we are using the direct link (https://<MAXIMO_HOST>/maximo/oslc/graphite/srmobile/index.html#/) for logging into the application through the mobile device browser.

    Note - We are using Maximo Mobile version 8.8 with IFIX 008 installed over Maximo 7.6.1.2.

    Could someone let us know if they are using the Maximo Mobile over the web browser in Mobile devices and if they came across such behavior?

    Any information on this would be very helpful.
