  • 1.  MAS - Unable to perform Database Config because of e-sig issue

    Hello Everyone!

    I have noticed something strange in MAS 9 (and this was in MAS 8 as well) where if you try and turn on Admin Mode, you are asked for an e-signature. I provided my correct password but was presented with the following error. The only way for me to work around this was to turn off e-signature for the Manage Admin mode action. Has anyone else encountered this? Is your e-signature working with MAS?

    Hey Aneesh, password and e-sig are different things. Click on "user" icon (top right) and you will find "Set or Modify E-signature" option. Hope you're doing well my friend   :)

    Hi all, note that in 9.0 you can set this back up like 7.6 and just validate against your password - https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/mas-cd/maximo-manage/continuous-delivery?topic=properties-e-signature.  Look for mxe.usemasforesig.
