    Hi,

We are getting below error while trying to access "Maximo Management Interface" under system configuration in Maximo. Please provide any pointers about what could be missing.

What version of Maximo are you currently on? And have you installed and deployed the work centers (maximo-x.war)? What do you see if you try to access other work centers such as the Manage Inspection Forms application?

On EAM, you're more likely to hit the WebSphere errors like "SRVE0255E: A WebGroup/Virtual Host to handle /maximo-x has not been defined." The invalid route makes me think that something is listening on maximo-x but this specific work center is missing. Perhaps you're on an earlier version where this specific work center didn't exist out of the box. When we first provided it, it was something that had to be installed manually in your environment (it wasn't part of the Maximo install initially). It's possible someone did it at one time in your environment and now it's missing from the maximo-x war. If you're on a recent version it should be part of it by default unless someone removed it.

    Hi Steven,

We are on 7612 version and maximo-x war has been deployed. It seems there is some MMI package also that needs to be installed in order to see this application. We are able to access other work center apps. The main intention is to try and create new API keys using integrations tab. However, I do recollect that I need not have MMI to create and view API keys. Post 761, Maximo has introduced Work Center Administration module where I should be able to see Integrations tab and be able to create and view API keys. Somehow this integrations tab is missing. Any idea if I am missing any configurations here?

    Regards,

    Suhas

Being able to access the Administration work center but not the Integration tab sounds like it would be a security issue, but I don't know what security permission you would be missing. For the security group(s) you want to grant it to, filter for the Administration application in the Security Groups application and make sure to use the Manage/Apply Template action to open the dialog and then click Apply Template to grant all the permissions. Log out of all sessions and try again.

7.6.1.2 out of box had MMI. Similar to above, you can try and grant all the permissions again for the Maximo Management Interface to see if it's somehow a security issue. But if the goal is to setup/view API keys, you definitely want the Administration work center. MMI is for trying to analyze some health-related information about the JVMs.
