    if no one has changed the default ports you would get to the console by
    https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/default-url-websphere-application-server-was-admin-console

    what I do here is I use Chrome on the websphere server because it is not a standard port .

    so I type in http://websphere:9060/ibm/console  
    after a little bit Chrome will say something like "Proceed with caution" since I use a default certificate that IBM gives

    it will then redirect to https://websphere:9080/ibm/console  


    the root user is wasadmin/<password you set> unless you use LDAP to integrate its login

    your screenshot show Liberty so I wouldnt know what the default creds are please search the IBM knowledge base for that as well
