Hi Mx Pro,
Yes, set the loiginid with caps email values.
Then, set the system property(
'mxe.convertloginid') I have mentioned above to true.
This system property would convert the loginid to caps before validating it in Maximo and this should help in resolving the problem.
Please note, I haven't faced the problem you are facing and the answer I am providing is based on your inputs.

Hi Biplab,
thanks for your reply
We are bringing login IDs from Azure AD in to Maximo for Single Sign on in Maximo
there we got issue for IDs and our consultants discovered this behavior.
Can you explain what exactly needs to be done?
I mean, while integrating, shall we ask them to get all the IDs stored in Maximo DB as UPPERCASE or what... can you please explain in details...
thanks

Hi Mx Pro,
What is the issue you are facing with emails being case sensitive?
If the issue is with Loginid as principal in Web sphere to authenticate then you can use Maximo System Property 'mxe.convertloginid' and set all login id to Caps in user's application in Maximo.
In this case no matter what is passed as login id, Maximo will convert the id to upper case for authentication.
