  • 1.  Dispatch View not showing any routes and Unassigned work orders

    Hi All,
    Could you please share some experience with Dispatch View of Graphical Assignment application.
    Our scheduler Version is 7.6.7.1 and Maximo base version is 7.6.1

    We are using graphical assignment dispatch view with arcgis esri as a map provider.
    Our dispatch view is not showing any unassigned work orders or any route information.
    We are using arcgis with Maximo spatial. Could you please help me to understand
    what are the prerequisites required in order to display street level routes information if we are using arcgis.

    I tried the same data like crew, craft and Labor with their start and end location with a different map provider
    like bing and google map, it display all the route details perfectly as per Maximo process but if I switch back
    my map provider to esri then it will just display blank map. Below are the error which I found in our logs:

    [MXServer] [] Map Provider could not fetch route data due to the following error: {"msg":"at least 2 stops are needed","code":"MIN_STOPS_REQ"}
     24 Jul 2020 10:50:04:408 [INFO] [MXServer] [] Map Provider could not fetch route data due to the following error: {"msg":"at least 2 stops are needed","code":"MIN_STOPS_REQ"}

    I hope you someone will share their experience with dispatch view wrt to ArcGIS.

    Hi Vinay,

    The basic setup to work with the Spatial as Map provider and Dispatch requires some additional settings for Dispatch usage, could you confirm that you have the ESRI user and password at the Map record inside of Map Manager? Another system property that can help in the case of Token usage is the 'skd.esri.referer.url'. Confirm you have the latest IFIX for TPAE and Spatial products always help too. But for sure if those steps don't work I advise you to open a new Case at the support level so we can evaluate what is happening at your end.

    Hi Pedro,

    Thank you so much for the reply. 

    Could you confirm that you have the ESRI user and password at the Map record inside of Map Manager?  Yes.
    we are not using token authentication mechanism at this stage.

    I raised the support case last week :)

    At this point, I am not sure if we can apply the fix pack but I will wait for the PMR response.
