Hi All,

I'm hoping someone can help me with the above subject if possible please. I'm working on a Test project of delivering verified and validated COBie data and our asset management software of choice is Maximo. 

Firstly, Where/how do I go about getting a license for Maximo (or even a trial license) ?

Secondly, If there a demonstration available of how this is done ?

I have seen this page (Importing validated data)  but is there a video available ?

Any other relevant information would be greatly appreciated.

For Mario 14 day trial you can go to IBM Maximo Application Suite and check out the 14 day trial there.  to learn more about BIM integration and the loading of data you can start with this site Maximo BIM Webinar and Demo. @Thomas Knowles and @Amy Tatum do a great job of helping you understand how this integrated tool can work with your COBie data from your facility. Do you know if the 14 day trail version has the same privileges as the Maximo version used in the video you recommended by Thomas Knowles?

What asset classes/industry are you working with/in?

We found COBie to be restrictive for non-facility based assets, i.e. civil infrastructure. We built interfaces to synchronise between reconstructed federated BIM models and Maximo. We have a digital engineering partner that helps us with getting the models organised for operations & maintenance use cases.
