As a $63.2 billion Public Investment Fund (PIF) Giga project, Diriyah is set to become one of the world's most advanced smart cities, and IBM Maximo will play a key role in ensuring its infrastructure is resilient, efficient, and future-ready. With AI-driven real-time asset monitoring, predictive analytics, and condition-based maintenance, the solution will help optimize performance, reduce downtime, and drive sustainable operations.
