Hi

We have a lot of subscriptions and I would like to show a value (count) of the total Azure scubscriptions for each department as a single number at the top of the report.  Example:  In the Department "IT" you have 100 subscriptions in total.

At the moment I can't see what metric I should use in Apptio BI to do this simple count.   Any help welcomed.

Many thanks

Hey @Bruce Rawstorne

There is a couple workarounds you could do to gain this info.

1) Vendor credentials page in Cloudability:

- You can see how many subscriptions / linked accounts you have in an environment by reviewing the vendor credentials for Azure in Cloudability

2) Apptio BI reporting:

- For example:

  • Create an Apptio BI Table with Cloudability as data source, bring in account name or account ID dimension, limit results to 1, the number of pages in the table would be the total number of accounts / subscriptions you have

Hello @Bruce Rawstorne sorry for the delay in my response, This functionality is not supported as of now in Apptio BI.
But you can submit Feature Enhancement Request on https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/welcome-ibm-ideas-portal

Thanks!
