 Application Drill Down Open As Modal can not display correct HMTL element

In the application list I want to see the details of a specific application by opening drill down as modal. But the modal is not stable when there are applications that cannot display detailed information.

Application_Detail

Application A , Modal can display detail infor

But Application B, Modal can not display detail infor

Please help me ,How to make all applications visible on modal.

this is my html code in App detail report(Summary tab):

Hello, Can you please mention in which Apptio application you are facing this issue? Is it Apptio One?
