So we are starting to use planning for overall demand management - not going to granular that will stay in other systems but for high level KTLO/BAU/Discretionary spend to show our product partners the real capacity we have after taking care of existing products. We have a large number of fixed price contractors - we want to capture their work, but the costs can be variable since they can add & remove people as needed at no additional cost.

First attempt at this was to add one line for the contract (dummy labor), with the $ and 0 quantity and have all the workers have 1 quantity and $0, but it seems the system doesn't allow $0 and you have to enter something to the tune of $0.001 - this is very cumbersome for our leaders, so just checking how others are accomplishing this.
