Allow me to share a slice of my life—I'm Ryan. Over the past 25 years, my professional chronicle has been interwoven with Netcool. Since 2018, Crown Castle has been my base, where I've been managing the legacy Netcool infrastructure and am also fervently steering our vessel towards the AIOps horizon for 2024. Beyond this, my consulting chronicles across various sectors have enriched my understanding, preparing us for a smoother transition to the future.
But there's more to me than just code and configurations. The scenic Hudson Valley is where I call home, sharing my life with my family.
