I recently came across Ciaran's video demonstrating phone and SMS integration with Watson Assistant. It was very informative, but I have some questions about the current status of this functionality.

Here are my questions:
Is the phone and SMS integration shown in the video still fully operational and supported with the latest versions of Watson Assistant and IBM Voice Gateway? I'd like to know if there have been any changes or updates to the process.
Does Watson Assistant currently support "function calling" similar to what's available in other LLMs like OpenAI? I'm interested in integrating custom actions and API calls into my Watson Assistant applications. If so, could someone point me to the relevant documentation?
Which specific Large Language Models (LLMs) are currently being used by Watson Assistant behind the scenes? I'm curious about the underlying technology powering Watson Assistant's natural language understanding and generation capabilities.
