  • 1.  Problems with UI (Search and Error links not working)

    I've been developing an assistant under the Lite account, and I've suddenly noticed that some important functionality in the dialog design UI is broken:

     

    1. The Search feature throws an error pop-up and does not return results;
    2. When debugging a chat in the "Try it out" pane, clicking on the "Error" icon (where the intent processing has hit an issue) no longer pops up the error message.

     

    Is anyone else seeing this behaviour?

    I'm having problems with search when more than 20 results are found (when clicking on the 'see more' button, I eventually get an error message from search that says: 'Unable to retrieve the search results of intents. Error: There was an error processing the search request'. I've been seeing this error for a long time, and it is still happening. Are you referring to this type of error Allen? . IBM has indicated in the past that it might be due to extra latency during maintenance windows. However, I think it happens all too often for me.
    Search is also extremely slow. My skill has about 245 intents (not too many) but the dialog is quite complex.

    UPDATE: Both issues seem to have resolved themselves a few minutes after I posted.
