watsonx Assistant

I wanted to open discussion, about how to implement Watson AI assistant for

• testing the efficiency
• And plan latter on a production one. 

Without test, it's complex to take AI strategies correctly. Alternative exist, some are hugely presented with the both axes whta and how... Feom my point of view, How is a pain point from IBM regarding watson.

I agree with you to an extent. If we are talking about watsonx.ai then I think you're right, it is difficult to judge a tool without testing first. And yes, there are initiatives such as the Client Engineering team and similar, but I feel like a central showcase of abilities is lacking. The closest thing I found to this you can find here: https://dsce.ibm.com/watsonx?page=watsonx-cust-convo-insg-wa It has a number of interesting use cases to explore and see how they perform. 

If you are talking about the watsonx Assistant, you can start playing with it right now (with the Lite version), and you can get the Plus version through Techzone (there is a Customer Care environment that also includes Watson Discovery Plus). I managed to create some interesting demos for customers with these free resources, and the reactions were mostly positive. I'm happy to help you get started :)
