Hi,

I'm following this tutorial- https://developer.ibm.com/tutorials/create-and-experiment-with-dl-models-using-nn-modeler/

I created a cloud object storage instance and then added the files to a bucket as specified in the tutorial.



When I come to network modeller to build the neural net, and try to create a data connection by doing a "Connection to project COS" and selecting the bucket, I can't find the files I uploaded in the bucket. PFB the screenshot..


I followed the exact steps in the tutorial link. Please help me out.

Yes, I selected cross region resiliency and also tried clearing browser cache. It still hasn't worked for me :(

When following step 1 and hitting "create bucket", did you ensure "cross region resiliency" is selected?  If you did select cross region resiliency I would recommend clearing your browser cache.  Please let me know if you continue to encounter this error and we'll work together to resolve your concern.

Hello Rohan, sorry for the inconvenience. Can you please create a new Cloud Object Storage Bucket with "Resiliency: Cross Region" and "Location: us-geo" and use that for your Neural Network Modeler.

Hello Rohan, can you please also verify that `Global` location is also selected in your IBM Cloud Settings along-with `London`. You can do that directly from Watson Studio. Click on your profile picture on the top right --> Select "Profile and Settings" --> Profile --> Location. It should look like the below screenshot for your account.
