I'm trying to perform one of the watsonx.ai labs (watsonx.ai Fundamentals) and I get "PAID_ACC_MSG" when I press create to add Cloud Object Storage - Standard to as part of creating a new project.  I can't find any documentation for this, so I could use some guidance.
