List of Databases and Buckets you can connect in watsonx.data version 1.1.x

watsonx.data is data lakehouse platform that allow you to connect traditional data warehouse (databases) and data lake (buckets) in a single place.
Once you have your data sources connected, you can query your data from the platform.

Here is the list of databases and buckets you can connect in watsonx.data version 1.1.x.
Note that more databases and buckets connection will be available in future releases.

Databases:

  • IBM Db2
  • IBM Netezza
  • Apache Kafka
  • MongoDB
  • MySQL
  • PostgreSQL
  • SQL Server
  • Teradata
  • SAP HANA
  • Elasticsearch
  • SingleStore
  • Snowflake

Buckets:

  • Amazon S3
  • Ceph
  • OpenShift Data Foundation (ODF)
  • IBM Cloud Object Storage (COS)
