Kathryn is a creative, dynamic, and collaborative strategist, whose career has largely focused on marketing communications and customer advocacy - serving as an employee, consultant, and a board member. From software to services, to crown corporations and NGOs, she has worked with several disruptive technology companies and industry leaders. A tech-savvy and experienced business person, she has extensive experience in cultural diversity and international business. She has been involved in the promotion of women in STEM/STEAM programs, mentorship, governance, stakeholder relations, and leadership coaching. She is a graduate of the Director Education Program (DEP) with the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD Canada). She also holds a B.A. Honours, Psychology (specialized in Organizational Behaviour), from Carleton University, and a diploma in Film and Broadcasting from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology. Kathryn has served as a Board Director with National Capital Area Crime Stoppers, Shad Valley International, and Women in Communications and Technology.
