    Hello Community,

I have tried severally to publish my code from the Jupiter Notebook but couldn't. Before trying to publish it, I've already opened a Github repository for it and linked the repository's GitHub URL to the project on Watson studio. I used the settings to navigate to where I was able to integrate the GitHub repository's URL.

I need help with regards to the above. I want to be able to link the Jupiter Notebook's code to my Github account.

    Thank you.

    #Resolved! #git #Jupyter #WatsonStudio

    Hi Kingsley,

Thanks for reaching out.  Have you taken the needed steps to enable your Watson Studio app to access GitHub? Additionally, do you  have administrator permissions to the project?

Here's a link to updated documentation around publishing notebooks on GitHub that's pretty comprehensive: https://dataplatform.cloud.ibm.com/docs/content/wsj/analyze-data/github-integration.html?audience=wdp&context=wdp.

If you continue to encounter this error, feel free to continue the conversation until we work together to resolve your concern.

    Cheers,

I am happy to have the issue resolved.

It is clear to me that I had generated the GitHub token before. I mean this is not my first time publishing my code directly from Jupiter Notebook. So does it mean the older token had expired or what?.

The answer may not be important but I just want to know why it is like that.

    Thank you for your support.

So delighted to hear we were able to help resolve your concern Kingsley!  To your question, I suspect that your issue may have arisen from accidentally revoking the access token as access tokens typically have no expiration date and are valid until revoked. -- This is great feedback for our product team to be aware of us we continue to work with our wonderful teams to optimize your product experience.  In either case, let us know if you have any further questions throughout your data driven journey  and thanks for sharing your experiences on the Watson Studio and Machine Learning community!

    Cheers,
