I am wondering if you have looked in your instance of Watson Assistant to see the Analytics / User Conversations reporting to view what intents are being recognized. If Assistant defers to anything else then the utterance has nothing in the utterance it can tie to a mapped intent or entity.

I have a rather beginner type question. I have integrated my watson chatbot to telegram. But it seems the conversation cannot begin as it automatically goes to the anything else dialog. I have tried the conversation_start condition. To jump to the welcome dialog. But it is not working. Anyone here has any idea? I appreciate the knowledge shared.
