    Hey everyone,

    I started my journey with Watson just under 3 years ago. I was delighted by the service and set to working on my chatbot with great excitement. When I first started building my bot, the price was based on API calls and far more affordable for me. 

    I'm a small business and the only employee. I offer educational services and was excited to deploy a bot to help people find answers they need in my area of expertise. I was also excited to be the first in my particular niche (at least that I've found) to be able to offer this. 

    Now, after all the work I've put in, I've found the pricing model has changed to something my business could not possibly afford at this time. Is anyone else in a similar position? If so, any advice to offer?
