Summary

AIOPs  is a term introduced by Gartner in 2016, referring to Artificial Intelligence applied to IT Operations.  AIOPs describes the use of ongoing use of AI in the day-to-day IT Operations in order to automate manual tasks like monitoring and parsing and freeing up teams to work on higher value IT issues.  We have been applying analytics to IT Operations for decades, so what’s new or different with AIOPs?

The recent shifts to cloud native and hybrid cloud architectures has brought an explosion of data, and increasingly high expectations for both 24/7 business and constant innovation.  At the same time, we’re seeing advances in the AI and Machine Learning approaches that handle large amounts of diverse data types and pulling insights for SREs and IT Operations professionals.

Join us for this session to learn how IBM Cloud Pak for Watson AIOPs delivers automation across the ITOps toolchain with AI-driven end-to-end lifecycle management for apps and infrastructure.  We’ll show you how to engage the IBM team on PoCs and how you can take advantage of AIOPs at your organization for your use case.
